A visit from this shepherd.. sorry, Miss Kayla Olson (DCE intern) was a fun and unexpected surprise. She played for them the only song she can play on the guitar :) I Just Wanna Be a Sheep!
On the second and third days of school the kids made and filled out their items to be put in the SECOND GRADE TIME CAPSULE.
The box was brought out on the last day of school so they could see how they had changed during the year. It was fun to see them measure themselves with their yarn and read how their likes may have changed form the beginning of the year.
